How to choose the right notebook: size, paper type
Here are a few things to keep in mind when choosing the right notebook paper:
Size
The first thing to consider is how much space you need to write. If you’re a bullet journaler or tend to write long-form, you’ll want a notebook with plenty of pages. On the other hand, if you only jot down occasional notes, a smaller notebook will suffice.
Paper Type
Next, think about the type of paper you need. If you prefer a smooth writing surface, opt for a notebook with thicker paper. Thicker paper is also great for use with fountain pens. If you prefer a more textured feel or plan on using highlighters and markers, choose a thinner paper.
Binding Type
Finally, consider how you want your notebook to lay flat when open. If this is important to you, look for a notebook with side stitching or spiral binding.
